SINTEF chooses WDNetXL for Oslo water distribution network PDF Print E-mail

Since the presentation in Rome (June 2011) the WDNetXL system has received an unpredictable approval by the international community from both academic and professional side.

The latest demonstration comes from Norway, where SINTEF decided to use the WDNetXL system in a project pertaining the analysis and management of the water distribution network in Oslo.

SINTEF is the largest independent, non-commercial organisation research in  Scandinavia employing 2100 staff who come from 67 different countries. The SINTEF Group comprises the SINTEF Foundation, four limited companies and SINTEF Holding.

Technical University of Bari and SINTEF are going to sign a joint research agreement in the field of Water Distribution Network Analysis, Management and Rehabilitation and future development of the WDNetXL system. This aims at promoting joint research programs and the exchange of students and researchers between Italy and Norway.
