WDNetXL offers a suite of MS-Office Excel function which entail several typical analyses on Water Ditrsibution Networks:
- WDN hydraulic simulation (steady state)
- WDN extended period hydraulic simnulation (EPS)
- WDN hydraulic simulation (steady state and EPS) under any valve scenario including flow control valve, pressure reduction valve, check valve
- WDN simulation (steady state and EPS) using variable level tenks
- Automatic identification of pipe segments for any set of isolation valves
- WDN hydraulic simulation under any pipe failure scenarion (steady state and EPS)
- Optimal design of pipe diameters
- Optimal allocation of isolation valves
- Optimal Design and upgrade of Isolatoin valve system
- Optimal Pump and valve scheduling
- Optimal Pump and Valve controls based on tank levels
- Optimal sampling design
WDNetXL is
- self standing and readily usable without any additional software application
- fully integrated in MS-Office Excel environment
- setting parameters, input and output data are intuitiovely arranged in MS-Office Excel spreadsheets

Problem:

main command window.
Possible cause:
the problem is caused by security updates
sent by Microsoft on 09 Dec 2014:
- KB 2553154 for Office 2010 (32-bit ad 64-bit)
Applies to Microsoft Office 2010 Service Pack 2
- KB 2726958 for Office 2013 (32-bit ad 64-bit)
To apply this security update, you must have the release
version or Service Pack 1 for Office 2013 installed on
the computer
Solution 1:
Close all Excell files;
Remove the file:
C:\Users\[username]\
\AppData\Local\Temp\Excel8.0\ MSForms.exd
Solution 2:
Office 2010 uninstall the update KB 2553154
[Note:
Micorsoft does not recommend that you remove
any security update.]
To remove this security update, use
the Add or Remove Programs
item or use the Programs and Features item
in Control Panel.
Note When you remove this security update, you
may be prompted to insert the disc that contains
Microsoft Office. Additionally, you may not have
the option to uninstall this security update from the
Add or Remove Programs item or the Programs and
Features item in Control Panel. There are several
possible causes for this issue.
